Rainy Day

Ben wanted me to share how pretty his green lawn looks.

Hanging out with Dad.
Taylor has been very cutley lately.

New pictures I got taken of Taylor. I love them and wanted to share.

Tonight we got a rain storm. Ben and I sat out front for a while enjoying the rain.

Taylor's first steps

Taylor is standing on his own. He loves to to walk holding our fingers. He took his first running steps on Memorial Day and landed head first into one of his toys. He's taken several steps since then.

Always reaching for the camera.

Taylor's daily mess. He loves taking everything out.

Our neighbor let us borrow their Elmo tool bench. Taylor can barley reach but loves it.

Memorial Day

Our friends Calley & Jeff came over for a pre-memorial day hang out.

Ben & Jeff with there "girly" drinks... The plan was to hang out all night, playing games but since we are "so old" now we couldn't stay up :)

Gardening

Ben and I uprooted our dead tree in the backyard today. I was joking with him and made a comment about pulling the tree over...well it came up easier than we thought.

My gardens are coming along...not a lot of flowers yet but soon enough.

Purple Hair

I changed my hair cut and today we went dark and added purple. Ben wanted me to go black, and then bright red like the singer of Paramore...I think he wants me to be a rock star or at least try and look like one since he can't, you know owning a business in all you have to look professional. So our hairdresser and I decided on dark violet and bright purple instead. I really like it! A little crazy but something different and fun. Thought I'd share...

9 month pictures

Taylor got his 9 month pictures today.

Mother's Day

I had a great Mother's Day...Ben spoiled me as always (I love my husband). I got to pick out flowers and new rose bushes to put in my gardens on Saturday. On Sunday morning Ben woke me up with cards and diamond earrings...bling bling.

Taylor can now stand up by himself. He can usually balance for a few seconds before landing on his butt. He'll be walking soon.

Sometimes he's so quick I can't get a picture...

Wash Park

Since the weather is now warming up here, Taylor and I have started meeting Carly and baby Cameryn each week to go walking around Washingon Park ("Wash Park") in Denver. It is a beautiful area to walk. Our goal is to "run" soon...lol...I have never been a runner but Carly tells me we are working up to it. When we meet we usually pack lunch, this last Tuesday Carly shared part of her sandwhich with this squirel and then it wouldn't leave us alone and she was convinced it was going to attack us, it doesn't look that threating to me.

New Chair

Taylor is now 9 months old. He has out grown his infant carrier. I really think he is enjoying the new seat and being able to sit up a little more up right in the car. Although, he did not enjoy us interupting his playtime to see how to work it in our family room...
