Hailey Lauren

On Saturday, April 24th I ended up going to the hospital around 9:30pm to do a stress test on the baby. She hadn't been moving as much so I called the doctor and she asked me to go as a precaution even though she was sure nothing was wrong. Ben had a really early morning the next day since it was his first day leading worship at our new church so I asked my friend Calley to come with me since I was only suppose to be only be there for an hour...if we only knew what was to come :)

We did the stress test and they determinded that everything looked fine so they were getting ready to take me off the monitors when the baby moved and they lost her heart beat for 3 minutes. This was now a concern...her heart beat came back and continued to be steady but the doctors talked and thought it was best to go in and take her out since I was 39 weeks pregnant. The baby could survive just fine on the outside and they didn't want anything more to happen if they didn't take her out and send me home. So, I called Ben at 12:30am on April 25th now and told him to pack a bag and head into the hospital.

The start of my c-section. I had a c-section with Taylor so we decided to make it easier and do a repeat c-section with this baby.

Hailey Lauren Trombley was born at 2:08am on April 25th.
6 lbs 3 oz and 19 1/4 inches long

She is so adorable!

She came out with so much dark hair we were very surprised.

A couple hours after her delivery...too excited to sleep!

Ben got 1 hour of sleep before he had to go lead worship.

Taylor's first time meeting his baby sister.

Taylor kept putting on the baby hat...it was so funny.

We had so many visitors...it was great! It makes the time go by and we love sharing our new bundle of joy with friends and family.

Taylor loves giving her kisses!

Taylor stole Ben's water while we were in the hospital and learned to drink from the straw.

Taylor wanted to share his stuffed animals...she is so tiny he almost buried her.

We are blessed to have a new addition to our family. We can't believe she's here. We love to cuddle with her...she almost never gets put down right now. We love her!
